The 12x16 size gives us plenty of room for our dining set plus extra seating. Materials are top quality and everything fits together well. Installation instructions could be clearer but we managed fine.
We've had this through two seasons now and it's held up beautifully. The double roof really does make a difference in heavy rain, and the whole structure feels incredibly stable. The curtains block afternoon sun perfectly, making it comfortable even on hot days.

Really solid construction and the materials feel durable. The curtains and netting are nice touches that we use constantly. Only reason for four stars is the assembly process - it's definitely a two-day project and you'll want at least three people for some steps. But once it's up, it's fantastic.
